Description:	General Cycle Refrigeration & AC Trainer - This trainer is introduced the student to the basics of the refrigeration and air conditioning. The trainer is a completely self contained and fully operational unit that contains the basic components found in many refrigeration and air conditioning systems. These components have been mounted onto special table-top frame and are clearly laid out and identified for student examination. During operation, studies concerning the general cycle of refrigeration technology can be made. A number of special controls, meters and transparent view ports have been provided in order to set up and monitor a variety of experiments. FEATURES: The trainer is built around a special work bench that incorporates a demonstration board onto which the components are mounted. The components are neatly laid out in manner similar to the refrigeration circuit so as to be easy to understood. The refrigeration circuit is displayed on a colorful silk screen diagram. Refrigeration lines are color coded to indicate the state of the refrigerant. This bench may be optionally mounted on wheels (W) for mobility. The unit comes with instruction manual and student job sheets. Power requirements are 220 VAC, 1 Phase, 50 Hz or alternatively 110 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hz. COMPONENTS AND SYSTEM INCLUDE: A hermetically sealed compressor (air cooled), forced air condenser, force air evaporator, 2 pressure gauges (high and low), thermal expansion valve (TXV), two sight glasses, accumulator, filter/dryer, starter control, high pressure switch, low pressure switch, 3 hand valves.
